The Mid Del Farmers’ Market operates both an open-air and online market. Both venues showcase locally grown and produced foods from Oklahoma. The Market welcomes the application of any Oklahoma agricultural producer and merchandisers of value added products grown in Oklahoma.
To get started, download the Mid Del Farmers Market 2010 Vendors Application Packet (MS Word .doc version / Adobe .pdf version). Please read the packet carefully. It contains all the details including market overview, guidelines and application form.
Return your completed application form to the address on the application form. Once your application is received:
1. Your application will be reviewed by the MDFMA Board of Directors and/or market personnel.
2. You will be contacted by a board member regarding the status of your application.
a. If approved and space is available (for open-air market applications), the board member will schedule a farm site visit.
b. If approved and space is not available (for open-air market applications), you will be placed on a waiting list.
3. Once the site visit is completed you will be notified by a board member regarding the final decision on your application.
Vendor selection is rarely limited but will be determined by the Mid Del Farmers’ Market Association Board of Directors and/or market personnel. The Board will be looking at only Oklahoma Grown producers with respect to product diversity, quality, prior vendor history and other criteria.
